Online purchase terms and conditions.

• Monday to Thursday ticket is not valid on Friday to Sunday, public holidays and school holidays.
• All General admission tickets has 6 months validity.
• One month pass allow maximum of 6 visits.
• Three month pass has unlimited admissions.
• Guest may bring a printed copy of the tickets or present the e-tickets sent to their email. Following the validation/scanning process, the barcode is electronically recorded, prohibiting re-use.

• There will be no refunds, no rainchecks.

• Playcious is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication and reserves the right to deny admission.
